Last night I was feeling pretty bad, so I had hubby pick up a Stauffers Frozen Lasagna for dinner. They are actually pretty good.
Add a green salad and dinner is served.
The only drawback to it is that it took two hours to cook. I could have made a home-made lasagna for that amount of time, but my back was killing me so I really didn't feel like it.
And it was a heck of lot cheaper than take-out.
