First I started out with this recipe that I found at Allrecipes.com
Then I modified it because I really don't like to add egg wash or milk to meats.
So I used Italian salad dressing to wet the pork chops before I dredged them in the Italian Bread crumbs.
They were delicious and we loved them!

Is it any wonder I love summer, when you can get fresh tomatoes and fresh basil add fresh mozzarella and balsamic glaze and you have Insalata Caprese-HEAVEN!
